We keep this short because we collect very little. This covers bitchindonuts.com and online pickup orders.

What we collect

• When you order: your first name, phone number, pickup time, any note you add, and what you ordered.
• Your cart: stored only in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a refresh. It never reaches us until you place the order.
• Server logs: your IP address is used briefly in memory to stop spam and abuse. We don't build profiles from it.

We don't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party scripts. We don't take payment online, so we never see card details on this site.

How we use it

Only to make your order, have it ready on time, and call or text you if there's a problem with it. We don't send marketing messages, and we never sell or share your information.

How long we keep it

• Your name, phone number and note are erased automatically 30 days after your order is picked up or cancelled.
• Orders nobody picks up are closed after 2 days, and the 30-day clock starts then.
• The invoice itself (items, prices, tax, date), with no name or phone, is kept for 7 years because tax law requires sales records.
• Server backups roll off after 14 days.

Where it's stored and who sees it

Orders are stored in a database on our own web server, reachable only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Only our staff can see them, each through their own password-protected account.

Your choices

Want your details deleted sooner, or want to know what we have? Email info@bitchindonuts.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.

Kids

The site isn't meant for children under 13 to place orders.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. We won't start using your information in new ways without telling you here first.
