By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, so please do.

Ordering for pickup

• Online orders are for pickup at 540 Delaware Ave, Albany, NY. You pay at the counter when you pick up.
• Pickup times are our best estimate. If we run out of something or fall behind, we'll call or text the number you gave us.
• Orders not picked up within 2 days are cancelled.
• Online orders are capped at 72 items. For bigger orders, catering or custom designs, email us. Catering needs at least 7 days' notice.
• We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fake or abusive.

Prices and tax

Prices are set by us and can change. The total on your order page is calculated by our system when you order, including any sales tax that applies. If there's an obvious pricing mistake, we'll let you know before you pay.

All sales are final

We don't offer refunds. If you get the wrong item or something is wrong with it, tell us at pickup or email us and we'll make it right.

Allergens

Everything we make is plant based. Items marked GF are made gluten free, but our kitchen also handles wheat and other allergens, so we can't promise zero cross-contact. If you have a serious allergy, talk to us before you order.

Who owns what

The Bitchin' Donuts name, logo, donut names, photos, text and the design of this site belong to Bitchin' Donuts and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. The site uses open-source software and fonts under their own licenses (including three.js under the MIT license and the Unbounded and DM Sans typefaces under the SIL Open Font License). If you think something on this site infringes your copyright, email info@bitchindonuts.com with the details and we'll look into it promptly.

Using the site

Don't try to break, overload, scrape, or get into parts of the site that aren't meant for you. The site is provided as is; we work to keep it running but can't promise it's always available or error free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
